IMPORTANT

When sending e-mail messages please make sure that the subject and sender are clear. Do not send attachments in Microsoft or other proprietary formats without first enquiring, and do not send html-only messages. PDF and most graphics formats are acceptable, but again please ask before sending large files. Photos should be in JPEG format. Any messages that look remotely like spam or virus carriers, or have no plain text part will be deleted unread.
